Studio Landscapes: Drawing with Paint

Saturday 3 May 10 - 4 pm Join us for a one-day immersive workshop exploring landscape and floral painting through a studio-based approach. Working from carefully arranged environments featuring flowers, patterned fabrics, and linens, you’ll develop expressive and experimental paintings that explore composition, colour, and shape. Through a mix of structured exercises and open-ended exploration, you'll refine your observational skills while pushing the boundaries of mark-making and material use. We’ll take inspiration from artists such as Claude Monet, Berthe Morisot, Joan Mitchell, and Hayley Barker, with a curated selection of books available for deeper research. This workshop is ideal for all levels, offering a supportive, hands-on space to experiment, take risks, and develop your own artistic voice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds Policy In the event of Look & Draw canceling a class or workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start of a course: A full refund will be issued, minus a £30 non-refundable holding deposit. The holding deposit secures your place and contributes to administrative costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of a class: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided. However, we may offer a discount on a future class at our discretion. Cancellations after the term has started: We cannot offer refunds for classes already commenced.
